• Training and certification data — qualifications, employment details, assessment results and certification records required for programmes such as IECEx CoPC.
• Transaction data — details of courses booked or products purchased, billing information and payment status. Card and banking details are processed directly by our payment gateway providers and are not stored on our servers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Personal Data

• To process training registrations, assessments and certification applications;
• To process orders, payments and deliver products or services you purchase;
• To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact forms, email or phone;
• To administer HRD Corp levy claims (SBL-Khas Scheme) on behalf of your employer, where applicable;
• To send you information about upcoming courses, events or community activities, where you have consented to receive them;

• Companies within the KL Automation Engineering (KLAE) Group of Companies for the purposes described above;
• Certification and regulatory bodies (e.g. IECEx certification bodies, HRD Corp) where required for your training or certification;
