Registration Procedure Guidelines

All training registrations must be made via online booking. In addition, participants are required to complete the appropriate registration form based on the selected training programme. Kindly fill out the relevant form accurately and return it to us via email. Please refer to the forms and document requirements listed below.

Mandatory Submission Documents

For IECEx CoPC

Completed IECEx CoPC Registration Form
Updated Resume / CV
Passport-size Photo (white background)
Copy of Valid ID or Passport
Relevant Competency Certificates (e.g., CompEx or equivalent)

For EEHA

Completed EEHA Registration Form
Updated Resume / CV
Copy of Valid ID or Passport
Relevant Competency Certificates (e.g., CompEx or equivalent)

Payment Terms

Self-Sponsored Participants

Bookings will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.

Corporate Bookings

A 50% advance payment is required prior to the commencement of the training. The remaining balance must be settled according to the agreed payment terms.
